Marketing, Business-development and Time-management Consulting – Services vary on an individual basis. Our focus
is primarily to:
- Assist clients in establishing a personal brand and ultimately growing their bottom line through strategic marketing initiatives and referral-partnerships
- Help clients implement time-management strategies based on Parkinson’s Law & Pareto’s principal (80/20 rule) – focusing on the 20% of revenue-generating activities that are producing 80% of their results and creating shorter deadlines to optimize focus
- Work in partnership with clients to create measureable weekly goals, metrics, and accountability, specific to their business, that will drive the growth of their revenue
- Help clients create systems to delegate lower margin activities – enabling them to work more on a macro level to grow their business and focus on the most profitable activities on a daily basis
